The Janus School
New and Improved
Three years ago the decision was made to renovate the
existing Janus School building and to build a new extension
that would include a much-needed gym. Three years later we
have our final designs and are drawing close to groundbreaking
which will occur in May of 2008. We're very excited to show
you what our new and improved school will look like both
outside and inside. The addition will include a multipurpose
room with a stage, art room with an attached pottery room, an
Imagineering room, music room, multimedia room, kitchen &
dining room, and additional bathrooms and storage. Among the
improvements to the existing building we will be using a new color
scheme, installing new carpet, new office space, new teacher workroom,
and a new space arrangement in the lobby. To see what the new building will look like, click on the
