  Steps to financial aid:

For those families unable to meet the full cost of a Janus education ($23,500 tuition for 2007-2008), financial aid is available. It’s based on the parents’ income; eligibility is determined on a first-come, first-served basis. Families must reapply each year.

To be considered, parents must submit the following forms:

1) Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS), available from the admission office.

It must be filled out completely and mailed, with the required fee, to the School Scholarship Service in Princeton, where it is processed. Copies of the PFS and the need analysis report are sent to The Janus School in three to five weeks.

2) A copy of the parents’ most recent tax return & W-2 forms.

3) Optional: a letter to further clarify the family’s specific and future financial situation.

Once all documents are received, the financial aid committee will review them, make a decision, and inform you of the outcome in writing.
